Investing in our People
Constantly looking to bring young, talented people into the industry, we have recently taken on two apprentices to add to our surfacing teams.
When it comes to providing critical maintenance for our plant and equipment, we have expanded our service department, bringing the number of plant and HGV mechanics to five. Located at our head office in Tipton they are ideally situated to be able to attend to any call-out or emergency throughout the UK.
All of our site staff are accredited to CSCS and hold relevant CPCS or MPQC accreditations. We pride ourselves on our continuous programme of training to provide ambitious staff with the relevant resource and training courses to ensure they can reach their full potential.
It's not only the staff on the road that see the benefit of training and investment. Over the past three years, Matthew Ward our Management Accountant has seen MAC Surfacing funding his ACCA qualification.
